Logistics
Logistics coordinates the movement of all materials and products and provides the foundation for the smooth execution of processes. At Belupo, Logistics is divided into specialized departments covering transport management, warehousing, logistics processes, and real estate management.
The Transport Department is responsible for organizing deliveries to customers and managing the transport of raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods from suppliers to Belupo.
It also manages the company’s vehicle fleet and the organization of employee transport.
The Warehouse Operations Department organizes the preparation and packaging of all ordered products and supplies the production process with all necessary raw materials and packaging.
The Real Estate and Services Management Department is responsible for infrastructure and external services that ensure the uninterrupted functioning of operations.
To ensure that all processes are optimized and that the quality system within Logistics complies with the requirements of Good Distribution Practice (GDP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and HACCP standards, the Logistics Processes and Documentation Management Department is responsible for overseeing these aspects.
