Since joining Belupo in 2003, I have been working in the Solid Dosage Packaging Department. I spent most of my time as a machine operator, while for the past five years I have held the position of Line Leader.

The Packaging Department is a fairly large team that continues to grow, yet we all maintain excellent working relationships. Through teamwork, we successfully carry out our tasks with quality and responsibility, which is especially important because we are the final link before a medicine reaches the market. Any mistake at this stage can represent a potential risk to patients.

Over my 22 years at Belupo, I have come to see it as a stable company that continues to develop and invest—not only in its own growth but also in its employees. This is why I can see myself here for many years to come.

I have been employed at Belupo since 2018 and work as an

Equipment Maintenance Specialist. My role is diverse and dynamic, involving work within complex production and technical processes that require quick adaptation and independent decision-making.

I have been working at Belupo for nine years, and today I am a Production Digitalization Specialist in the Digitalization Team. I work on the development and implementation of digital solutions that improve production processes while monitoring and increasing their efficiency.

I have been working at Belupo for one year and seven months as a Medical Affairs Specialist. My role is diverse and involves working on a variety of medical topics, as well as collaborating with colleagues across multiple departments and markets, which means that no two days are ever the same.

I particularly value the team-oriented approach and positive interpersonal relationships, as collaboration and open communication are essential for delivering high-quality work. After graduating in Chemistry from the Faculty of Science, I joined Belupo. With the company’s financial support, I also completed my doctoral studies. From the very beginning, I have been part of the analytical support team within the Research and Development sector, where I now work as the Head of Analytical Laboratories.

The primary activity of our department is the development of new products—a process full of challenges and obstacles. We have successfully overcome them all through mutual support and teamwork, which, together with a willingness to embrace change and acquire new knowledge, are among the most important aspects of our daily work.

We strive to introduce this type of work environment to younger generations through high school and university internships, as well as mentoring students during the preparation of their thesis projects.
Although this type of work requires dedication and certain sacrifices, work-life balance remains intact, which I consider one of the greatest advantages of working at Belupo.

I have been working at Belupo for 11 years. As an Analytical Specialist in the Analytical Documentation Department, I am responsible for coordinating and preparing documentation for in-house product development projects as well as contract development projects. I also participate in the preparation and quality review of regulatory documentation for new product registrations, variations, and responses to regulatory authority comments, as well as in updating documentation for the sale of products to licensing partners.

I have been working at Belupo since 2017, during which time I have gained valuable experience and developed professionally.

I currently work as a Warehouse Shift Supervisor, a role that includes coordinating team activities, organizing processes, and ensuring the timely and accurate completion of tasks. My job is dynamic and requires strong organizational skills, decision-making abilities, and a high level of responsibility.

In my daily work, I place special emphasis on accuracy, professionalism, and a responsible approach, as I believe these are essential prerequisites for high-quality business operations.

I have been working at Belupo for more than 22 years, and I can say that this time has been marked by a wide variety of roles and teams in which I have had the opportunity to participate. I began my career as a Professional Associate in the OTC team and later became a Product Manager for medicines within the same team. After that, I joined the Sales team, where I spent several highly dynamic years.

For the past ten years, I have been working in Regulatory Affairs, continuously developing my expertise and keeping up with changes in regulatory requirements, which I implement in my daily work.

I have been working at Belupo for eight years. I began my professional career in the Maintenance and Energy sector as a maintenance operator, and through work, effort, and gained experience, I progressed to the position of Shift Leader in Equipment Maintenance. Today, I lead a team, manage work organization, and ensure timely support for production.

I have participated in a number of successfully completed projects—from the introduction of new products to the commissioning and optimization of equipment.
