How to prepare for an interview at Belupo

After applying for an open position, candidates who make the shortlist will be invited to an interview with our Human Resources specialists and representatives of the department they may potentially join.

Before the meeting, it is recommended to learn more about Belupo – our mission, vision, and values – so you can better understand our culture and way of working.

During the interview, we aim to learn about your knowledge, experience, way of thinking, and motivation to work in our team. The questions vary depending on the role, but they are always focused on understanding your skills and approach to work.

It is important to us that you feel comfortable and authentic. Arrive on time and bring enthusiasm, openness, and a few questions, because a good interview is a two-way process in which you also get to know us.
