Hrvoje Čeović spent nearly thirty years with the American multinational company Procter & Gamble, serving in a number of senior leadership positions. Among other roles, he was Sales Director for Southern and Central Europe, Director of OTC Operations and the Pharmacy Channel for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and Vice President for Central Europe from 2014 to 2020.
In 2021, he founded Ceovic Consulting Ltd., a consultancy company providing advisory services and support in the implementation of projects related to market development, business and organizational transformation, and the development of commercial and leadership competencies.
He graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Zagreb and earned his PhD from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien) in 2001. Since 2019, he has been a visiting lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Zagreb.
At the Department of Law, he regularly lectures students in both the Croatian and English language study programs on the practical application of European Union regulations in business.
