Martina Dalić, Ph.D., has a wealth of experience in both the private and public sector, as well as in international institutions.
In her career in the public sector, she served as Vice-president of the Government of the Republic of Croatia and Minister of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Crafts (2016 – 2018), and earlier as Minister of Finance (2010 – 2011), State Secretary (2004 – 2008), and Assistant Minister of Finance (1997 – 2000). Furthermore, in 2011 she was elected a Member of Parliament in the Croatian Parliament until the end of her term in 2015.
She also gained significant experience in the private sector, as President of the Management Board of Partner Banka Zagreb from 2008 – 2010, and Chief Economist at Privredna Banka Zagreb, a member of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, from 2000 to 2004.
In the period from 2015 to 2016, she was a permanent advisor on public finance management to the International Monetary Fund in Washington D.C.
From 2005 to 2012, Martina Dalić, Ph.D., also served as the deputy chief negotiator and as a negotiator in the negotiation team for the accession of the Republic of Croatia to the European Union in four chapters (Customs Union, Taxation, Financial Control and Budgetary and Financial Provisions).
Martina Dalić graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb, where she began her professional career as a researcher in the Department of Organisation and Management. She earned her Master’s degree in 1994 and the title of Doctor of Science (Ph.D.) in 2012.

He is a member of the Management Board of Gumiimpex – GRP d.o.o., where he is responsible for Accounting and Finance, Controlling, IT, Human Resources, and General Affairs.
Since 2016, he has been teaching the course Business Simulations within the graduate university program in Financial and Business Mathematics at the Department of Mathematics of the Faculty of Science, University of Zagreb.
He spent more than 10 years at PBZ Croatia Osiguranje d.d., where he held various positions, including Head of the Analysis Department.
He holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics from the Faculty of Science, University of Zagreb.

He has been employed at Belupo since 1985 as a maintenance operator. He completed secondary school in Koprivnica, qualifying as a plant electrical technician.
He has been actively involved in trade union work for more than twenty years and currently serves as the chief union representative of the PPDIV union branch at Belupo. He has also held multiple terms as President of Belupo’s Workers’ Council.
In addition, he is a member of the Presidency of the PPDIV Trade Union.

He started his professional career in 2000 in Assets Management department at Zagrebačka banka as assistant portfolio manager, where he participated in founding the investment fund management company at Zagrebačka banka. He joined AZ obligatory pension fund in 2002, as portfolio manager in charge of managing shareholding part of the portfolio. As assistant manager and head portfolio manager at AZ obligatory pension fund, among other tasks, he actively participated in the portfolio management process, managing the investment process. Since 2006 he has been a member of the Management Board of Allianz ZB d.o.o., obligatory pension fund management company, in charge of investments. In AZ voluntary pension funds, as person in charge of investments, he actively participated and managed all parts of the investment process.
He graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb. Throughout his career, he has taken part in numerous training and educational courses and participated in conferences related to investments and capital market.

She serves as Chief Director for Strategic Business Development and Management of Subsidiaries at Podravka, where she is responsible for managing, organizing, and executing all activities related to strategic development processes, strategic planning, and mergers and acquisitions at the Podravka Group level. She also coordinates subsidiary companies within the Belupo Group, Žito Group, and Podravka Agri.
She began her career at Podravka in 2012 in the Controlling department. In addition to her role as Director of Strategic Business Development, she has also served as Director of Mergers, Acquisitions, and Strategic Investments. She is also a member of the Supervisory Board of Žito.
She holds a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb.
