At its meeting today, Belupo’s Supervisory Board unanimously confirmed that Hrvoje Kolarić, M.Pharm., MBA, is to continue to manage the company.
At its meeting today, Belupo’s Supervisory Board unanimously confirmed that Hrvoje Kolarić, M.Pharm., MBA, is to continue to manage the company. Hrvoje Kolarić has 24 years of experience, 9 of which at multinational corporations and 15 at Belupo where he was initially a member, and later the Chairman of the Management Board. For the past 8 years he has also acted as a Management Board Member at Podravka, responsible for managing the Pharmaceuticals Division.
Tihomir Heđever, M.Econ., was appointed a new reinforcement to the two-man Management Board. Tihomir Heđever joined the company after working at multinational auditors KPMG where he was Senior Manager at the Audit Department. Tihomir Heđever is an experienced project manager with a proven track record after 12 years of serving some fifty clients as a financial advisor. He has gained substantial experience in due diligence activities and was also involved in a client’s secondary equity offering. He also conducted and supervised numerous audit engagements. He is an active member of the UK-based ACCA, a global organization for chartered accountants.
After completing her term as Management Board Member at Belupo, Ksenija Punčikar continues her career within the company.
