He has worked in Belupo’s Maintenance Department since 1984. In 1991, he volunteered to join the Homeland War and became a member of the Recon Platoon of Croatian Army’s 117th Brigade.

He started to work at Belupo in 2001 as the Chief Delegate of the Agriculture, Food, Tobacco and Water Management Industries Trade Union’s branch in Belupo.

As of December 2016, he has acted as a member of the Agriculture, Food, Tobacco and Water Management Industries Trade Union’s Presidency. At the General Meeting of the Homeland War Veterans, Disabled and Widows Association held in April of 2017, he was elected a member of the Executive Board. That same year he was elected Chairman of Belupo’s Works Council and employees’ representative on Belupo’s Supervisory Board.
