He has worked at Belupo since 2000 as a solid dosage form encapsulation technician in the Manufacturing Division. He has been Belupo d.d.'s delegate of the Podravka Koprivnica Independent Trade Union for over a decade.

After being elected member of the Works Council several times, the 2021 elections put him in the position of Works Council President. That same year, he was elected representative of employees on Belupo's Supervisory Board.
