Logistics coordinates the movement of all materials and products and provides the foundation for the smooth execution of processes. At Belupo, Logistics is divided into specialized departments covering transport management, warehousing, logistics processes, and real estate management.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Responsibilities within the Logistics Sector<\/div>\n \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n

The Transport Department is responsible for organizing deliveries to customers and managing the transport of raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods from suppliers to Belupo.<\/p>\n

It also manages the company\u2019s vehicle fleet and the organization of employee transport.<\/p>\n

The Warehouse Operations Department organizes the preparation and packaging of all ordered products and supplies the production process with all necessary raw materials and packaging.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n \n \n <\/div>\n

The Real Estate and Services Management Department is responsible for infrastructure and external services that ensure the uninterrupted functioning of operations.<\/p>\n
